THANK YOU to all the volunteers that participated in Park Clean Up Saturday!

These amazing volunteers cleaned flower beds, organized the sponsor banners, worked on drainage issues by the playground, cleaned out the shed, fixed the baseball fence, cleaned the bathrooms and concession stand and BUILT A NEW PLAY SET!!

THANK YOU to all those who worked 10+ hours to complete the play set. This was a huge undertaking and we truly appreciate your hard work and dedication to completing this project.

Thank you to the Social Concerns Committee for purchasing the new play set designed for younger children.

Mariah Hill Park Clean-up Day will be Saturday April 11th. We will start at 8:00 CDT. Please bring rakes, gardening gloves, and pruning shears. Lunch will be served at the Chateau.

Our playground has been well received by the youth of our community. We are proud of the concept.
MHF board members met last week with the contractor to voice turf installation concerns.
Contractor assured us the site is safe to use but recognizes the turf needs to be removed and reinstalled. While this setback is disappointing, we are glad they are taking this step to make our playground the best it can be.
Of course, the timing of completion of re-work will depend on duration of time for new turf procurement and also weather.
Most importantly, the playground is usable and safe as is. So please come out to enjoy our facility!
