The Mercer County Sheriff’s Office is reaching out to the Marion community for your support. We have recently received concerns from residents regarding young individuals operating golf carts on public roadways. Our primary concern is the safety of these children, as well as ensuring that Ohio laws are followed. Our goal is to help keep the community safe for everyone. We kindly ask parents and guardians to monitor and guide their children’s use of golf carts.
We also encourage community members to look out for one another and help promote safe practices. By working together, we can maintain a safe environment and address concerns before they become more serious. Thank you for your attention and for helping keep Marion a safe place to live.
