Amenities include the Clubhouse and a heated pool with gazebo for Members to use. No renting is allowed. We are a 55+ Homeowners Association (HOA) community with 83 villas in Margate, Florida. (No renting allowed.) Typical villas are 2/2 with garage or car port with a Florida room and/or outdoor porch in back. Because we are a small neighborhood, our Members are friendly and get to know everyone that lives here. We appreciate our wildlife and green space. Members enjoy the peace and quiet atmosphere we have in our neighborhood.
