We are requesting bids on this job as well as installing privacy fencing.

Let your voice and your vote be heard!

If you don't want more traffic congestion on Rock Island Road, Royal Palm and Atlantic Blvd. You need to go to these two meetings and tell them to keep Margate Green. If you want to prevent flooding and keep Margate along Atlantic Blvd and the surrounding neighborhoods as dry as they are now after a storm, you need to go to these two meetings and tell them to keep Margate Green.

This area is meant to be a green, recreational space. It has been since the city was planned out. There are plenty of other areas within Margate where this type of development is appropriate and will not negatively impact our city environmentally.

Mr. Famiani has not met one requirement for environmental reports and other requirements by the all of city departments that are necessary to prove that this development will not negatively impact our environment, overcrowding in our schools and over extend our water usage.
