A Renowned author once said “ Baseball gives a growing boy self-poise and self-reliance. Baseball is a man maker”. To me i believe that baseball is a sport that holds the ability to change the lives of many, which is why the goal of the “ANF” developmental program is aimed towards empowering our youth through the sports and the love of baseball.

The “ANF” developmental program will be a series of workouts throughout a 3 month time frame that will focus on hitting, fielding, base-running, strength & conditioning, agility and mental skills. Please note that memberships require a minimum of 3 months to be eligible to enroll as baseball is not a sport where something can just be learnt and taught overnight. It takes consistency, hard work, determination and proper repetition to peak performances.
