🌊☀️ Camp is almost here, and we are thrilled to welcome our Shlichim (Israeli counselors), Dekel and Yuval, to Camp By The Sea!

Dekel (red shirt) joins us from Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel, and Yuval (blue shirt) comes from Holon, near Tel Aviv. Both are excited to meet our campers, share their experiences and help create an unforgettable summer filled with friendship, learning and fun.

Throughout the season, Dekel and Yuval will provide enriching Judaic and Israeli cultural programming, bringing a unique connection to Israel that enhances the Camp By The Sea experience for our campers and staff alike.

We are grateful to the Jewish Community Foundation and the Jewish Federation of Atlantic & Cape May Counties for making this meaningful Shlichim program possible.

Last night’s Jewish Federation Annual Meeting was truly something special.

As we celebrate 90 years of Jewish life at the Shore, it was incredibly meaningful to gather with dozens of professional community leaders, dedicated volunteers, generous donors, agency partners, clergy, and friends who care deeply about the future of our Jewish community.

Together, we reflected on the impact we are making across Atlantic & Cape May Counties, honored extraordinary leaders, celebrated our shared accomplishments, and looked ahead toward the next chapter of Jewish life by the Shore.

In a world that often feels heavy, nights like this remind us of the power of community, collaboration, and showing up for one another.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to all who help strengthen Jewish life at the Shore every single day. ☀️🤍
