It includes some of the oldest continuously farmed land in Southwest Texas. PLA Members are from all corners of Presidio County Texas. Our Mission is to help our Communities' 4H-ers to learn skills, t
o fulfill their curiosity, to practice tolerance and respect, and to grow into thoughtful, productive adults. As the 4H motto says "We aim to make the best better"
Everyone is welcome. You don't have to be a parent of a 4-H-er or a 4-H leader to participate.
