RESIDENTIAL NOTIFICATION - Street Closure for the 4th Annual Healthy Summit

East Ritchie Ave in front of the Walsworth Community Center, will be closed to thru-traffic on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 2:30 – 7:30 pm for the 4th Annual Healthy Summit indicated in yellow on the map. The event will begin at 5:00 pm and end at 7:00 pm.

Residents and visitors are also urged to exercise extreme caution in the surrounding areas as there will be a noticeable increase in pedestrian traffic in the area.

Residents are also asked to refrain from parking in the designated street closure areas during the closure period

WCC is taking applications for janitorial services that have floor scrubber experience and can lift 50 lbs. to put away event tables/chairs. Days/hours needed are based on events scheduled. Light area cleaning for kitchen, bathrooms, and Conference Room are required too. Will need to start by June 15, 2026. Applications available from WCC office open 10 AM to 2 PM M-F.

The American Red Cross Blood Donors will be at the Walsworth Community Center on Monday, June 1 from 1:30 - 5:30. Blood donors are needed due to decline in recent donations. Please consider booking an appointment online or stopping by the Walsworth Community Center on June 1 to donate!
