Good evening Bulldogs.

I wanted to take a moment and say THANK YOU to everyone that came out today for the work day. We got a lot done and the field really looks GREAT. All the hard work and support that was given today is very much appreciated. Now that we have the stadium ready for the season, let's get ready to watch our Bulldogs play some football and let's help pull them through each and every game.

Again, thank you very much and Go Bulldogs!

Good Morning Bulldogs...... Reminder that we will be starting at 7am tomorrow morning at the Stadium for a work day. Here is the list of the Top Items that we want to get accomplished:

1. Pressure Washing Bleachers..... I will be bringing my pressure washer and need several others also. Not only the seats need pressure washing, but the entire stadium bleachers need it.. Will need long hoses as well.
2. Pickup Trash..... There is a lot of trash around the area that needs to be picked up. Trash cans need to be collected and washed down, bags put in them and turned up-side-down
3. W**d Eating...... We have several areas that need w**d-eating done. I will bring mine also, but need others.
4. Concession stands cleaned........ We need both the concession stands and the storage building behind it cleaned and ready for the season.
5. Lock Rooms....... These will not need cleaning according to the coaches, but around them needs to be cleaned well
6. Blowing off the pavement areas
7. Mending the fence........ We will have clips to help mend the fence as needed.
8. Hanging of the field signs....... Coach Brothers wants us to hang the field signs. He has several of them and will instruct us on where to hang them.

The one big item is several mounds of red dirt near the practice field. Coach Brothers wants this to be moved or smoothed out. It will take a tractor to do this and probable one that is 4x4, If anyone has a tractor to do this, it would be greatly appreciated.

The only other items I know of is if everyone can bring drinks and/or snacks. It may get hot and don't want anyone to dehydrate.

The more we have this Saturday the faster it will get done. I know some can't get there at 7am, but please come on as you can. I would like to be done before noon if possible. Also, if player can make it they should as well. The more we have the better.

Thanks to everyone for your help and support. Let's get our stadium looking good.

Go Bulldogs!

Good Evening Bulldogs. Below you will find information in regards to the Stadium Work Day this Saturday 8-18.

We will begin working this Saturday at 7am. If unable to make it at this time, it is understandable that may be too early for some. Starting early to try and beat the heat. If others want to start earlier, let me know. I get up real early everyday and can come earlier than 7am.

We would like to see not only the parents to attend, but players as well. I know that those that are trying out for baseball will be having tryouts this Saturday as well, so don't expect to see them there. The boys (if possible) need to be there to help out and take pride in their school. Hope all agree.

List of tasks that as follows:
1. Pressure Washing - Stadium Seats, concession stands, sidewalk areas, trailers, and any areas that need it. If you have a pressure washer you can bring it would be helpful. I will have mine as well. Also water hoses.
2. Concession Stands cleanup and storage building behind it. There is a lot of changes happening to the concession stands, but there is a lot of organization and cleanup that needs to be made. Also any repairs that need to be made. I will have a more detailed list of any repairs available for the concessions stands Saturday morning. Will need some good backs to help move things out, cleanup and put back in.
3. Trash Pickup - I noticed a lot of trash around areas of the stadium. Especially under the steps and ramps of the locker rooms. Will have trash bags available to go around and pickup all trash.
4. Cleanup around the concession stands. There is a lot of things around the concession stands that need to be picked up, thrown away or organized.
5. W**d-Eating - There is a lot of areas that need the use of w**d eaters and/or round-up sprayed. This is around the locker rooms, concession stands, bathrooms, etc....
6. Locker Room Cleanups - This is an area that the boys may need to take pride in as well. Their locker rooms and the visitor locker rooms need to be cleaned. I'm not completely sure of our locker room and how much Coach Brothers wants us to address, but the visitor locker room needs to be cleaned, swept, mopped and overall organized. We want to make our guest teams feel welcome. Also there may be repairs that need to be made to the locker room areas as well.
7. Practice Field Area. Not sure what all may or may not need to be addressed for our Practice Field. Will ask Coach Brothers on this.
8. I have notcice a lot of area on the field fence where the top of the fence is loose and missing the claps that secure it. I believe that these are black in color. I will see about getting some, but an use Tie-Wraps to help secure the fence. Need to go around the entire fence on the field and check all loose areas of the fencing.

Items that we need.
1. Any tools that you can bring such as hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, power tools, etc..... Basic Tools to make repairs
2. Pressure Washers and hoses
3. Round-Up. If we can get different people to bring some w**d killer it would be helpful.
4. Clorox for pressure washing. I will get this.
5. General Cleaning Supplies - Brooms, Mops, buckets, Soap, trash bags, paper towels, clorox wipes, etc.... General cleaning supplies. Any and all can be used to clean things.
6. W**d Eaters, hoes, shovels, etc..... Tools to help cleanup the general areas.
7. Tie Wrap to help repair areas on the fence or black fence clips.
8. Coolers of drinks and/or snacks. I will have a cooler of water and drinks. If others can bring some drinks and snacks, this would be good. It probable is going to get hot and don't want anyone getting dehydrated.

The main things that really need to be completed are:
Concession Stand Cleanups
Pickup Trash
Fix areas of the fence
W**d Eating and area cleanup
Pressure Washing Stadium Seats (and other areas as we can)
Clean locker rooms

All needs to be done, but the above things I really hope we can get completed.

I appreciate everyone that can come out and help this Saturday. The more we have the faster we will get done and the more we can get done. I really don't want to spend all day at the field and understand everyone has things to do. Whatever amount of time you can give to help would greatly be appreciated. Again, 7am may be early for some, so please come on when you can.

Let's get ready for some football and get our field ready for the season.

Thank you and GO BULLDOGS!

Bulldogs!

We have a long road trip this Friday Night. Say a special prayer as we all travel to play Sumter Central for all students, coaches, staff, fans and all Bulldogs. It's about a 2 1/2 hour or more drive depending on traffic so everyone be safe.

I'm a big hunter and watch for deer all the time. Lately I've noticed a lot of deer moving at night with the evenings getting cooler so watch out for them on the sides of the road.

Anyway, here is the address for everyone:

1351 N Washington St
Livingston AL 35470
