Anchor to Windward The programs offer a network of support and trust for participants and emphasize and encourage peer socialization.

ATW is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to developing the full potential of adults aged 20+ with special needs with a variety of social and daily living skills and recreational programming. Participants are supported in their endeavors to explore their own skills by a variety of mini-courses, peer group projects, discussion groups and role modeling.
