Summer vacation hasn't started yet, but we're already getting ready for next school year because the need starts now.
Today marks the start of SPUR's Student Success Drive and we need your help to provide local children with the supplies they need on the first day of school.

Working hand-in-hand with school adjustment counselors, food pantry directors, and other social service workers, we provide all the tools necessary to learn for students who wouldn't otherwise have them. The demand continues to grow, with over 650 students in Lynn, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott depending on the student success drive to be ready to learn in the coming school year.
To make every dollar go further, we partner with Staples in Vinnin Square to buy wholesale brand-name supplies at a lower rate to ensure each student starts the year with exactly the same items as their classmates.
But for these students, this is about more than just pencils and pens. It is about giving every student the dignity, confidence, and sense of belonging that comes with being fully prepared. With your help today, we can make that possible.
