The Marblehead Lighthouse Historical Society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization formed The Marblehead Lighthouse Historical Society is a non-profit organization formed to establish a museum for the preservation of the history of this unique village on the shores of Lake Erie and Sandusky Bay, with a special interest in its historic Marblehead Lighthouse. We work in cooperation with and provide support for the Marblehead Lighthouse State Park, owned and operated by the State of Ohio.

Come and meet the Eastern Box Turtle! Sunday from 1:30-2:30

Stop by the Lighthouse between 1:30pm and 2:30pm on Sundays in June to meet an Eastern Box Turtle!

This turtle is an ambassador animal that lives at the East Harbor State Park Nature Center (which is open to the public!)

Unfortunately, Chloe's Pit Stop Coffee Truck is having mechanical issues and will NOT be at the Marblehead Lighthouse State Park today.

BUT . . . there is still plenty to do and see! Come visit the park, climb the 77 steps to the top of the lighthouse, check out the new museum displays, hike through the original quarry area, and stop in to the U.S. Lifesaving Station. See you there!

UPDATE: Due to mechanical issues, Chloe’s Pit Stop Coffee Truck will not be at the park on Monday, May 25.

This Sunday and Monday, Chloe's Pit Stop Coffee Truck from Bellevue, OH, will be at the Marblehead Lighthouse! 12-4 both days. Come hang out with us by the lake and grab a delicious drink while you're at it!
