HIGHLAND LAKES TAX AID
Appointments are now available for self scheduling.
Free tax preparation and efiling is offered in the Highland Lakes area Feb 2- April 15. Online appointments are available for self-scheduling through the AARP scheduler. You may use a computer or your mobile device to schedule an appointment.
A phone number is required to schedule an appointment, and we highly recommend entering an email address. If you enter an email address, you will receive confirmation of your appointment and a reminder email closer to your appointment. Please note your appointment date, time, location, and address when you schedule it. You are not required to enter your DOB or zip code. BE SURE YOU CONFIRM APPOINTMENT - it's a red box!
The Intake and Interview form must be completed before your appointment. Starting January 23, they will be available at the Burnet, Bertram, and Kingsland Libraries, the Kingsland Senior Center, and the Marble Falls Boys and Girls Club. You can also pick one up before your appointment at any site during its operating hours. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to complete the form if you have not already done so. Bring your picture ID, SS card, and tax forms.
