See all about Adoption Day as hosted and produced by the Rotary Club of Marble Falls -- Daybreak. Enjoy this narrated slide show that tells you all about how seven children got their FOREVER HOMES.

On November 9, 2025 Judge "Thor" held court in the Burnet County District Court. He united 7 children with their FOREVER HOMES while hIs court reporters "Wonder Woman" and "Jasmine" memorialized the tender events. "Spider Man" and his supporting cast of super heroes from Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary, Hill Country CASA, Divinity Family Services, Post Adoption Services, His Joshua House, the Marble Falls Interact Club, and members of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services team helped create a morning of "Super Hero" fun for the celebration!

What's up?

Sporting Clays at the annual Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary (TX) fund-raiser out at Hidden Falls. If you are interested in signing up a team or being a sponsor, I can send you a form.

The raffle prize this year is a Sig that has a 9 in the caliber (trying to hide from the FB police). $10 per ticket and I just happen to have some.

If you want a raffle ticket you can Venmo me at 830-798-4583, put raffle in the memo, and I'll fill out an entry stub for you and drop it in the magic box. Drawing will be at the shoot event on AUGUST 16.

All net proceeds go to scholarships at both MFHS and Faith Academy, leadership camps for students entering their senior year, hands-on projects and funding assistance for such things as Habitat for Humanity (in conjunction with the Noon and Passport clubs), building recreational items at the Boys & Girls Club, and we've already made disaster relief donations both to the Kerr County area and ARC right here in Marble.

Venmo (or Zelle) me $10 per ticket at 830-798-4583.

DAYBREAK ROTARY WORKING AT LIVING GRACE CANINE RANCH

The Ranch takes in older dogs that cannot be re-homed and gives them a gentle rest of their journey. Members of Daybreak recently helped lay sod, sprayed for weeds, and spread 13 tons of limestone rock on pathways for walking dogs. 9 members spent the better part of 4 hours working steadily.

Shown are two collages of Rotarians at work.
Daybreak used a DAP grant to fund the expenditures.

Having learned that the Marble Falls Helping Center was having difficulties due to increasing numbers of families and individuals needing food assistance and rapidly increasing costs. Daybreak felt a call to assist.

In the photo you see (L to R) Carol Hall, Gil Jones, Paul King and Sam Pearce.

2024 Overview

• Provided food for a week to a family for $19.30
