We were honored to attend the Volunteer and Partner Appreciation Gala hosted by Saint Louis Public Schools and be recognized for our partnership of more than 17 years with St. Louis Public Schools. Together, over 4,500 SLPS students have built confidence, developed friendships, and discovered their strength through being part of Girls on the Run. During this time, GOTR-STL has provided over $700,000 in financial aid directly to SLPS families to ensure any girl can access the program and fully participate. Together we are creating a supportive space where girls of all abilities and backgrounds can grow, connect and thrive!

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the moms and mother figures who lead by example and inspire our GOTR girls to be their boldest selves. That’s a wrap on the Spring 2026 GOTRSTL 5K! From “I don’t know if I can” to “Wow, I just did that!” For our Girls on the Run, today wasn’t just about earning a medal—it was about the realization that they are strong, they are unique, and if they believe in themselves, they can accomplish anything!

To every girl who found her “happy pace” today, you are unstoppable! To our Coaches, GOTR families, volunteers, community partners, and sponsors—thank you for believing in the power of girls!
