Back in action and launching a new wellness coaching group in a few weeks! Details below.

Women 50 and up! Change it doable with and others who hold you . Trying to reach a goal is like clmbing a mountain - it can feel unsurmountable. Working on it with others makes it way more feasible to have success.
Do you have a wellness goal you keep putting on the back burner?

I'm starting a coaching group for "older" women (Zoom) to be held Wednesday mornings starting June 23 for 6 weeks at 11am - 12:30 pm. The fee is $259. Yes, I'm one too!!
