🎉 As part of BBIA’s 4th Anniversary celebration, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our Mrs. Rita Goungounga, lovingly called “Tanti Rita”

Since the launch of BBIA, Tanti Rita has been one of our most faithful supporters, attending events, volunteering, helping behind the scenes, and always showing up whenever support is needed. She is truly one of BBIA’s most precious volunteers and a pillar within our community.

Whenever BBIA has questions, needs guidance, or requires support, Tanti Rita is always there with kindness, wisdom, a helping hand and never hesitates to help others with generosity and love.

For our 4th Anniversary celebration, she once again blessed us with her incredible culinary talent by preparing delicious African cuisine that brought warmth, joy, and a family atmosphere to the event. Tanti Rita truly masters West African dishes, and every meal she prepares is made with passion, authenticity, and love. Our guests greatly enjoyed the food, and the compliments were endless!

🎉 As part of BBIA’s 4th Anniversary celebration, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the incredibly talented DJ Don Mike 👏🎶

DJ Don Mike once again brought amazing energy, joy, and unforgettable vibes to our celebration. From Afro beats to classic community favorites, he kept the crowd entertained throughout the event and had guests singing, dancing, and reconnecting with beautiful memories through music. 💜✨

One thing everyone especially appreciated was his ability to bring back timeless old songs that touched the heart and reminded many of home, childhood memories, family celebrations, and joyful moments from the past. His music created not only entertainment, but also connection, nostalgia, and happiness for all generations present.

Despite the rain, DJ Don Mike kept the atmosphere alive and helped make BBIA’s 4th Anniversary truly memorable for our families, youth, elders, and guests.

We especially thank Pastor Daouda ZONGO and his family for their constant prayers, encouragement, spiritual support, and presence throughout this journey. Pastor Rosalie has been alongside BBIA since the very beginning — even before the official incorporation and launch of the organization. Through the years, she has continuously advised, guided, encouraged, and supported BBIA with faith, wisdom, love, and unwavering dedication.

Despite living in another state and having many responsibilities, she has always remained close to BBIA and our mission. Whether through her prayers, encouragement, resources, presence whenever she can attend, or by opening doors, Pastor Rosalie has been a true blessing to our organization and community.
