TONIGHT!
One of our favorite get-togethers of the year … our annual Dope, Nope & Hope meeting, where we reflect on how this school year went and look ahead to summer and next fall.

At the meeting, we'll continue our tradition of giving everyone a chance to share their DOPE, NOPE & HOPE of the year. So, think about:
• One thing that went well
• One not-so-good thing
• One thing you hope for your child in the future

We invite EVERYONE to share their Dope, Nope & Hope via our End-of-Year Reflection survey: https://tr.ee/uTYycV46E3
We’ll compile the answers and share as feedback to the district (completely anonymously, of course).

THIS TUESDAY!
Starting preschool or kindergarten is a thrilling (and a seriously ADORABLE) major milestone. But it can also be anxiety-inducing, especially for families of children with disabilities.

Join us on Tuesday, May 26th, to learn more about what to expect next year and how to help your child (and YOU!) ease the transition to a new environment with new expectations. Our panel of district supervisors, school staff members, and veteran parents will share tips and strategies and lead the discussion.

TONIGHT!
TRANSITIONS – Middle & High School
👉 Monday 5/4 @ 7:00pm
CHS Cafeteria, 17 Parker Ave, Maplewood

Starting 6th or 9th Grade means big changes! A larger school, more teachers, multiple classes, keeping track of grades and assignments, how support and services fit into the day … a new environment raises so many questions for parents.

If you have a child with an IEP or 504 moving up to MMS, SOMS, or CHS in the fall, join us* to talk transitions for tweens and teens with disabilities with a panel of experts: district supervisors, school staff members, and veteran parents. Bring your questions because we’ll have answers!

* This meeting is designed for parents and caregivers, not students.
