“Ride for the Cure”




We have created a non-profit Charity founded for 3 Family members who have been impacted by 3 different neurological diseases.My Dad has Parkinson’s; and Lorie sister and brother. Danny passed away in September of ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Our family and friends have been deeply impacted by Neurological disease. It is our Goal to turn our grieving

into action. We want to raise money for the cure and help those in need of special care. Our three family members loved the outdoors what better way to honor them then to ride 50 miles in a day on a mountain bike. Our ride In August is from the base of Mission Ridge to Cle elum. We will ride over two mountains Our Goal is 20 riders each raising $500 in Donations for their ride. “Ride The Mountains” is a 50 mile ride on a mountain Bike which a real Challenge but living with a neurological disease is overwhelming. Our goal as a charity is to raise funds to help support researchers who are on the edge of finding the cure for these diseases! As well we would like to grow into a Charity that can help families that have needs in this battle with neurological disease.. For our Charity to have an impact we need support from friends and community. We need support staff for the Ride each August. These support staff will help “Ride the Mountains” Provide a safe race and ride. We are also looking for corporate sponsors who might want to be a part of the cure. Our Goal is sponsors donating which is tax deductible. These funds help us put together the logistics for our riders and the support staff that we need to make this 50 mile mountain bike ride safe and secure for our riders.
