A 2-day Zero Malaria programme has commenced in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State with 40 community volunteers drawn from over 100 communities trained as frontline health ambassadors.

How do the arts affect our community? Find out on Tuesday, August 26th at 7:00 a.m. as Shane Vinup the Director for Avalanche Arts will give a presentation on his efforts to create a performing arts Center in Maple Grove that will serve as a hub for creativity, education, and community engagement. This presentation will share the vision behind the project, community needs it addresses, and the progress made bringing a world class arts and cultural venue to the northwest metro. Attendees will learn how the center will support local artists and organizations, provide educational opportunities, attract visitors, and contribute to the economic vitality and quality of life in the region. The session will also highlight the partnerships, efforts, and future plans that are helping to propel the project.
We meet at 10402 73rd Ave. N in the Keller Williams Realty office. We begin promptly at 7:00 a.m. and end at 8:00 a.m.

We are at the end of our Grooves and Foods so let's go out with some wonderful music! The Grooves and Foods sponsored by the Rotary club and the venue sponsored by the Maple Grove Parks and Recreation, On Wednesday, August 26, 2026 is OUR HOUSE , Our House is an illustrious six-piece ensemble paying tribute to one of the most Iconic groups of songwriters and musicians of all time, Crosby Stills Nash & Young. The band is offering audiences an immersive musical experience that captures the spirit, creativity, and social
consciousness of the original band. We commit to delivering pure, unembellished performances that focus solely on the power of the music, its lyrics, and the emotions they evoke.
Bring a lawn chair and support Rotary by buying a $20 raffle ticket, for 3 chances to win money. The food truck that evening is the Brick oven pizza bus, arrive by 5:00 p.m.
