While it's not the permanent solution our patients and communities will need this legislation will keep HCMC open for patients from across Minnesota and create a fund to help other hospitals yet to feel the effects of federal Medicaid cuts. Im glad to see some elected officials can get past partisan division and put patients first!

I had the privilege of speaking tonight at the Attorney General's town hall on saving Hennipin County Medical Center. This is a critical medical system that serves patients across the state! We have to keep the doors open and ensure patients continue to have access to care. The health of our state depends on it!
