- The average CEO-to-worker pay ratio of S&P 500 companies increased from 285-to-1 in 2024 to 312-to-1 in 2025. (And that excludes Tesla CEO Elon Musk, whose pay package is so huge it would skew the results!)
- The average CEO pay at S&P 500 companies increased 21%, from $18.9 million in 2024 to $22.8 million in 2025.
