On Sunday, May 24th, the VFW Post 2290 held a Memorial Day ceremony honoring our fallen soldiers. Commander's Appreciation Awards were given to several members, Steven Lutzick, Debbie Gregor, Adam Breen, and Mark Gregor, for their tireless support of the VFW. Veteran Ed Sukaha was given the Veteran of the Year Award. 🇺🇸

Honor and remember all who sacrificed for our freedoms this Memorial Day. Home of the free, because of the brave. 🇺🇸

Roosevelt School history.

The 10-year-old Roosevelt School circa 1939. It was built by Hillsborough for students in the Manville section of the Township in 1928 as part of a settlement with the state over school funding and inadequate facilities. Manville got the school in its divorce with Hillsborough in 1929!
