More people are learning about our Son's tragic story. Every day new voices join us in demanding answers, accountability and justice. The truth may be delayed but it can't be buried beneath layers of lies, contradictions, incompetence and manufactured narratives. Truth always finds a way to emerge. President Lange, Dean Martin and their Cohorts who believed this tragedy would fade away underestimated the love of a family for their child and the determination of people who believes in Justice. We refuse to remain silent. We refuse to allow our son's memory to be dismissed or forgotten😢. His life mattered, his dream mattered. Our son's voice was silenced by these corrupt, toxic and abusive authorities of Texas Tech, El Paso but his story is now being carried by others. The movement for truth, accountability and justice is growing every day and will not stop til the truth is revealed.

“Due process” is the constitutional right that ensures fairness, justice, and the opportunity to be heard before judgment is made. Due process in the American school system is essential because it protects students from unfair treatment, wrongful accusations, and abuse of authority. Rooted in the 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution, it ensures that students have the right to know the allegations against them, respond to accusations, present evidence, and receive a fair and unbiased review before serious disciplinary actions are taken. Due process helps schools uphold fairness, accountability, and justice rather than acting on assumptions or “feel like “ basis. But Martin, tell me — why did you turn a blind eye and deaf ears to our son’s pleas when he explained again and again that he had done nothing wrong? Since you had already made up your mind on Friday July 25th to remove him without even giving him a fair chance to explain his side. In doing so, YOU crossed every line of due process, fairness, and justice that should protect every student. When the very people who are supposed to protect fairness and justice start crossing the line themselves, who is left to hold them accountable?who remains to enforce accountability and justice? 🤔😢

Today marks 303 days/ 10 months of institutional incompetence, failed responsibility and humanity failure . I used to think the hardest part of parenting was the worry…
the sleepless nights, the first day of school,
the first drive, the first trip away from home…
waiting up for them to come back,
constantly wondering if they were okay.
I never imagined there could be a pain greater than that.😢
But there is.
It’s the unbearable silence that takes over your life💔
when your child is no longer beside you.
No rushing footsteps coming to give you a hug, and no smiling voice saying “you always want a tight hug.” 😢
No voice calling, “Hey Mumma.”
No asking, “Food smells so good… what did you make?”
No loud laughter filling the room anymore.
Just an emptiness so deep
it changes who you are forever.
A part of your heart leaves with them…
and the silence never truly goes away. And deep inside, I keep wondering how cruel, abusive, and incompetent authorities can destroy someone’s life with irrational and careless decisions.
Why is fairness so hard to find?
Why are ethics, compassion, and basic humanity ignored?
Why do some lives seem to matter more than others?
I wonder if they would make the same decisions, speak the same words, or show the same lack of compassion if it were their own children in this situation????????Judged first, unheard, and denied due process.

"This is a very serious accusation."
Was the complaint actually read??
As Director of Quality Improvement, that role requires ensuring complaints are complete, supported by facts and critically reviewed before being escalated or labeled as "VERY SERIOUS" yet,a complaint with no supporting evidence-and no mention that a student was even present in the examination room- was accepted and labeled. Talia Raya holds responsibility for oversight, judgment, and quality improvement....????? That role requires ensuring complaints are complete, supported by facts, and reviewed critically before being escalated before labelling it" very serious”.

Talia did not question Samantha Belletete who entertained the complaint, about why the complaint was incomplete, nor did she seek the missing information before acting.
Instead she relied on assumptions, pursued claims that were never made, and allowed serious actions to proceed without proper oversight. Such actions raise serious concerns about how complaints are evaluated and escalated within the Texas Tech EL Paso school system. Are these officials truly
"trained" and "competent" to handle sensitive student matters, or is there incompetence and lack of accountability quietly destroying young lives and irreparably damaging futures that should have been protected at all costs??? The question still remains the same: if a female lodges a complaint, male is automatically presumed guilty without proper examining the facts?? Is there no need for
investigation-only labeling and escalation as"very serious"? Neither Samantha not Talia appear to have looked into the details or verified the missing information. Instead the complaint was quickly escalated and labeled without proper scrutiny of the EVIDENCE. Is Talia's job title simply meant for BLIND ESCALATION and marking things as "SERIOUS", without ensuring
fairness, completeness and due process ?
Talia, think for yourself whether you truly deserve the job title based on the way you have acted and performed your duties when lives and future are at stake.

While the world was celebrating Mother’s day with joy and family, I sat alone in a corner thinking about how irrationally and inhumanely Texas Tech authorities handled our son’s case. Decisions were made without a full and fair review, without proper due process and with the devastating consequences for our son😢. Doctors are called next to God and teachers are trusted to shape and protect a child’s future. But in Vaibhav’s case, the very people meant to guide support and protect him, abandoned him when he needed the most. Without compassion, without fairness and without a full and fair review, they made decisions that crushed his dreams, destroyed his future and ultimately cost him his life. Lange you thought you could burry the truth by twisting and misinterpreting the facts but your “old tactics”of intimidation and pressure on parents didn’t work this time. The way you spoke about our son was enough to reveal everything- the assumptions, the bias and the false story you had already created for us to believe. TRUTH can not be replaced by a “ manufactured narrative”. Do you think we will sit quiet , while a corrupt and toxic system under you destroys innocent lives and escape accountability. No matter how powerful you are or how deeply the truth is buried, we will fight and keep pushing until the truth is fully exposed and accountability is faced. Are you truly worth of the title “Doctors” and “Teachers” when your actions bring shame to these noble professions?? Lange,Martin,Welshans and others all turned a blind eye. The most abusive and incompetent authorities are the murderers of our son … you all have blood on your hands😢you cannot destroy a child’s future, shatter a family forever and then simply walk away from accountability………….shame on you.

“We are the Chair and Vice Chair of the department…Our seniors are doing so much-we can’t let this race of accusations go unchecked. Let’s pursue TITLE IX.” And that is exactly what they did. From all direction, these school officials were working behind the scenes trying to prove the student “guilty”-throwing around phrases like egregious behavior, Title IX yet no one seemed interested in the most basic principles of fairness:talking to the student, hearing his side, gathering evidence objectively, validating the complaint and conducting a fair and unbiased investigation. What is shocking is how quickly everyone appeared ready to assume: female complains=male gulity. Then the MISSION became finding ways to support that conclusion rather than examining whether the complaint itself had inconsistencies, missing facts, contradictions or clear red flags. Why Reddy & Toy failed to see a complaint so full of holes? Why was there no urgency to validate the allegations before escalating matters under “Title IX”. Why were NP(who did the Physical exam) and other key staff not engaged? Why was the student not given meaningful due process before life altering decisions were made? This raises a serious and disturbing question:are these authorities truly trained to handle sensitive situations fairly and responsibly,or they are simply trained to satisfy superiors? Because when conscience, objectivity and critical thinking disappear, leadership becomes dangerous. Toy appears eager to respond to Dean Martin that he is waiting on Title IX team yet didn’t feel the need to speak with the student. Their rushed and irrational push to proceed under the Title XI didn’t even appear to satisfy the legal team. We could clearly see that the schools legal team blacked out portions of the responses before sharing them with us. One question keeps repeating itself :why did they act so hastily? What pressure of influence are they operating under?

Dr Katelyn Welshans, Director of OBGYN Clerkship and ….“I feel that this student should be removed.”….these were the words.
Due to clinical obligations, you couldn’t talk to the student, but you didn’t want the GPC referral to be late. So the timeline of the GPC referral was more important than the student’s academic future? You were too busy to talk to him,but not too busy to support a wrong decision that could destroy someone’s years of hard work and tarnish his image—really?
Following Martin and Francis blindly-simply because they are your superiors but what about your job description? I believe you are paid more for the title you hold—“Clerkship Director”-it comes with responsibility and accountability. We,the taxpayers, students, and families, contribute to your paycheck—not Martin and Francis.
This incident happened in your supervised clinic. These students are your responsibility too.Wasn’t it your job to find out what actually happened instead following them blindly? After the tragedy, when you were telling people around you that it was “escalated far above me,”how can you say that when you were fully aware that Dr Martin & Dr Francis were planning to remove the student by 25th July? And you asked them what else they needed from you.Not only that, you forwarded an empty “grievance form”to them, which was supposed to be filled out-how do you justify that? Such a rush and procedural failure is hard to understand.
Tomorrow, if the same thing happens to your own child, how would you feel?If someone in authority asked you to take action against your child, would you do it without even questioning? Would you pass same verdict, “I feel like”?No,right? Then why are you sacrificing someone else’s child?
Does your job description say you must follow orders blindly from your seniors. What about your oath to serve the humanity and protect lives?Through your actions and inactions, you pushed a young, promising life into darkness. You could have prevented this. You are equally responsible along with Martin for this tragedy and for giving a family lifelong pain😢

"Death of your son closed the investigation"-is this really how you expect devastated parents to be addressed by a school president?
When we talk about incompetent people at Texas Tech, El Paso, how can we forget President Lange? The role of the president is not just administrative-it is a responsibility to lead with integrity, protect students and uphold the values of the institution. But what we experienced was the complete opposite. The first time he spoke to us after tragic incident and instead of compassion, honesty or even basic decency, we were met with lies. What hurts the most is that they had patient complaint in right front of them, yet both Lange and Martin continued lie to our faces. The way he spoke-repeating things like "your son asked the patient, can I touch you here, can I touch you there"- was disgusting and deeply disturbing.
What kind of mindset is this? And this person is the
PRESIDENT of the school. If this is the mindset and conduct at the highest level of leadership, it raises serious concern about the culture within the institution as a whole. When we asked them to conduct an investigation-simply to understand how our son was left alone- the response we received was, we can not do investigation because defending party is no more".
Seriously? That was a major Red flag for us-he is brushing us off in an Inhumane and cunning attempt to hide their incompetence and shortcomings. So if someone is murdered or harmed there is no need for an investigation as Dr Lange verdicts suggest-just bury the truth and leave everything unresolved. People talk about his reputation, his influence, that he is part of elite circles but does that give him a right to destroys someone's image based on lies? Does power give him the right to lie? At that time we had only our faith, trust and upbringing-we were certain our son could never do such a thing. But today we have enough to begin exposing their wrongdoings-how they scapegoated our son to hide their shortcomings. They are still hiding a lot but not forever. The truth will come out, and will make sure it does.
