This is Lee again. One of our museum staff Ron VanWieren a USMC veteran compiled a roster of all the pictures in the museum. He marked all the walls with reference points. This is awesome. A list of all the photos in the museum are posted in a display case in the foyer. That is a fancy name for look ahead when you enter through the front door. What we discovered from Ron's work, we have about 571 pictures in the museum. I will have to say, as a USAF veteran, not all Marines eat crayons. If I can being a USAF veteran, SEMPER FI, you went above and the call of duty. Thanks.

Hi Lee again. We'll we had our monthly coffee on Thursday. We had 12 brave souls that braved the ice and freezing rain. Georgie Bump from COA, Kay Manton Senior Center, Mike from VSV and Cadillac Honor Guard, Ben Townsend were speakers. Daniel from the Cadillac Evening News wrote a story that was in Fridays paper. Thanks to all. Work at the museum is progressing rapidly. We did some outside work on Saturday, Ron and I almost froze. Just kidding it was cold but we didn't Freeze. Iam going to start posting pictures this week of our new look. Next coffee Thursday May 7, hopefully spring will have arrived. Thanks to Georgie and Hope Dykhouse for the snacks.
