💦 Today we had our very first kiddo, Lincoln O’Dell, enjoying the new splash pad! 💦

Seeing Lincoln having fun and making memories is exactly why this project was so important to our community. We are so excited for all the children and families who will get to enjoy this new space all summer long.

We can’t wait to see the laughter, smiles, and memories made at the splash pad for years to come. Thank you to everyone who helped make this dream a reality for our community! ☀️🌊💙

We’re excited to announce the soft opening of the City of Manton Splash Pad tomorrow, Friday, May 29, 2026!

Come check it out, cool off, and help us kick off summer fun in our community. Please keep in mind this is a soft opening as we continue final touches and testing.

Then join us again for the Official Grand Opening on Friday, June 5, 2026 during our first Music & Market in Railroad Park event!

We’re excited to bring more family fun, community events, and summer memories to Manton. See you at the park! ☀️💦🎶

City Hall will resume normal business hours:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Thank you to our residents for your patience and understanding during recent staffing adjustments. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to serving the community during regular hours once again.

City Hall will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

City Meeting Rescheduled

Due to scheduling conflicts and lack of a quorum, the City meeting originally scheduled for Monday, May 18, 2026, has been rescheduled.

The meeting will now be held on:

7:00 PM
Manton Senior Citizen Center

The City will return to its regular monthly meeting schedule in June, with the next regular meeting scheduled for:

Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM

During National Police Week, I want to take a moment to recognize and thank our incredible Police Chief, Jordan Wieber, for the dedication, professionalism, and countless hours he puts into keeping the City of Manton safe.

Being a police officer is more than just a job. It’s sacrifice, commitment, and answering the call day and night, even when most people never see the hard work happening behind the scenes.

Chief Wieber continuously shows leadership, compassion, and pride for this community, and our city is lucky to have someone who truly cares about the people he serves.

Thank you, Chief Wieber, and thank you to all law enforcement officers who put on the badge every day to protect and serve. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate everything you do for our community. 💙🖤
