The squirrels have eaten the whole bed of lettuce and are messing up with 4 other beds. I am planning to make some nets either Saturday or Sunday, using the chicken wire (which is the cheap option in my view).
Let me know if you have a better option.

All raised beds have soil. Ground beds will need a second layer of soil maybe Friday. The FFA students will help with planting and fencing on Thursday May 14 (8:15 am). Thank you!

OUR Savior continues to collect shoes!

Our goal is 90 bags (each bag has 25 pairs). We currently have 20 bags (500 pairs)

Collection Sites: Manson Library, Manson City Hall, Methodist Church in Manson & Jolley Church.

In case you did not get info about filler: we are in need of filler (branches, leaves, grass clippings, pieces of cardboard (free from tape, staples, styrofoam), newspaper can be used (as long as it is weighted down with branches).
