Wanted to share this for any parents looking for a simple but effective workout plan for their youth athletes that doesn’t require a ton of equipment. 💪🐯

This is a great way to build strength, conditioning, discipline, and confidence at home while keeping the kids active outside of practice.

Consistency > perfection. Small work every day adds up. 🔥

It’s more than wrestling. 💪🌿

Yesterday we stepped off the mats and into the outdoors fresh air, movement, and time together as a team. Building strong athletes is one thing, but building strong, well-rounded kids is the goal.

Tyger Cub Offseason Weekend Recap 🐯

Proud of our kids this weekend. Win or lose, they showed heart, effort, and discipline every time they stepped on the mat.

We’re building more than wrestlers we’re building a family and a mindset.

If you’ve got a young athlete ready to work and grow, we want them with us.

A few of our Tyger Cubs stayed after practice to put in some extra work at the Den. Added some conditioning to keep building strength, discipline, and confidence.

Proud of these young athletes for choosing to go the extra mile. That’s where growth happens. 💪🐅
