A week later, we’re still thinking about this night. 🦋

Nearly 200 people came together for From Within We Rise — and together, you raised more than $32,500 in support of Love On A Mission.

That includes an incredible $7,325 for our Meal Mission, with more than $300 pledged in new monthly support that will continue providing meals for our youth long after the Gala.

But these photos tell the part the numbers can’t.

A room full of people showing up for LGBTQIA+ young people and families in our community. People laughing, celebrating, giving, dancing, and reminding our kids that there is a community here that believes they deserve to be safe, supported, celebrated, and loved.

To our guests, sponsors, donors, volunteers, auction supporters, and everyone who helped make From Within We Rise possible: thank you.

A change of scenery for our next Love on a Mission youth gathering!

On Monday, August 31, instead of meeting at LOAM Headquarters, we’ll be heading to Kingwood Center Gardens to explore the benefits of connecting with nature and building resilience.

Please plan to meet at Kingwood at 3:45 PM.

We’re looking forward to spending some time together, connecting, and enjoying the outdoors!
