A non profit organization working to provide a safe place for our LGBTQ+ youth in our community. Our goal is have our own facility and also have available an emergency bed shelter for those that find themselves homeless after coming out to their families.

🌈 Pride Month is a time to celebrate authenticity, belonging, and the power of supportive communities.

At Love On A Mission, we work every day to create spaces where LGBTQIA+ youth know they are valued, respected, and never alone.

These are just a few things LGBTQIA+ youth often wish the adults in their lives knew.

🌈 Introducing Pride at Home 🌈

Beginning Thursday, June 4, Love On A Mission is launching Pride at Home — a welcoming support group for parents, caregivers, and families of LGBTQIA+ youth.

260 Park Avenue West, Mansfield, Ohio

No parent or caregiver should have to navigate their journey alone. Pride at Home is designed to create a space for honest conversations, learning, encouragement, and community support.

Over the course of 10 modules, families will explore topics including:
✨ LGBTQIA+ identity and terminology
✨ Understanding the teen experience
✨ Mental health and protective support
✨ Building affirming homes
✨ Communication and trust
✨ Navigating faith, culture, and values
✨ Advocacy in schools and communities
✨ Healthy relationships and boundaries
✨ Pride, resilience, and joy
✨ Continued growth and accountability

Whether you’re just beginning to learn or looking to deepen your support for the young person in your life, Pride at Home is here to help families grow together with compassion, understanding, and care.

As an organization serving LGBTQIA+ youth, this mission is deeply personal to us. Mental health resources, community, and visibility matter.

Celebrate Pride through creativity, color, and community! 🌈✨

Love On A Mission and the Mansfield Gay Pride Association are partnering for a special Pride Glass Blowing experience at Larchmere Fire Works on Saturday, May 16 from 1–5 PM!

✨ Ages 5–17 attend FREE
✨ Adults 18+ are $50
✨ Advance registration is required
✨ If cost is a barrier, please reach out — we want everyone to feel welcome

Participants will create their own beautiful glass art while enjoying an affirming, welcoming space filled with creativity and connection. Whether you’re trying glass blowing for the first time or just looking for a fun way to celebrate Pride, we’d love to have you join us!
