A HUGE THANK YOU TO FAMILY TRADITIONS DEER PROCESSING!

The other day, we had the privilege of blessing a veteran and his family with some much-needed processed venison. This veteran is unable to get out and harvest a deer himself, but thanks to the incredible generosity of Family Tradition Deer Processing and a generous hunter, we were able to make sure his family had some quality venison to put in their freezer!

We can’t say enough good things about the folks at Family Traditions Deer Processing! Their continued partnership, generosity, and unwavering support of Ultimate Veteran Adventures mean more to us than they’ll ever know. These are truly some phenomenal people with hearts of gold who go above and beyond to help others!

It’s partnerships like these that remind us what this organization is all about. Sometimes making a difference doesn’t require a big event or adventure. Sometimes it’s simply helping put food on a family’s table.

If you’re in the Richland County area and harvest a deer, we HIGHLY recommend Family Traditions Deer Processing! These folks are absolutely top-notch, and you won’t go wrong trusting them with your deer!

From all of us at Ultimate Veteran Adventures, THANK YOU to Family Traditions Deer Processing and the generous hunter who helped make this possible. We’re incredibly grateful to have people like you in our corner and supporting our mission!

This is what community, generosity, and taking care of our veterans is all about!

3. What are you hoping to get out of this experience beyond harvesting a bird?

4. Tell us a little about yourself and why you think you’d be a good fit for a group trip like this.

⏰ APPLICATION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 27, 2026

⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

Please follow the application instructions carefully and submit only the information and documentation requested above.

To keep the selection process fair and consistent for everyone, applications that are incomplete or do not follow the requested submission guidelines may not be considered.

Before applying, please make sure you are available for the trip dates and are committed to attending if selected.

If a selected participant later cancels or backs out, they will be ineligible to apply for UVA trips for one year.

A tremendous amount of time, coordination, and funding goes into making these opportunities possible. When someone cancels after accepting a spot, it can prevent another deserving applicant from having that opportunity.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the application and selection process fair for all.

At UVA, the hunt is only part of the experience. These trips are about getting outdoors, reconnecting with that sense of camaraderie, building new friendships, and creating memories that last long after everyone heads home.

10 spots. Two days in the Texas fields. One heck of an experience.

What a way to close out Michigan’s early goose season!

We had a blast with Isiah and the crew at King Creek Outfitters chasing honkers for the final two days of the season and making some great memories along the way.

Great guides, an awesome cabin, plenty of laughs, and another trip full of memories and new friendships. That’s what these trips are all about.

A huge thank you to King Creek Outfitters for welcoming our crew and continuing to support our veterans. The time, effort, and hospitality you guys put into making this hunt special meant more to us than you know.

We also want to give a special shoutout to our UVA Representative, Dakoda, for helping make this hunt possible and stepping up to run the trip. These hunts are about so much more than the birds—they’re about giving veterans a chance to get outdoors, connect with one another, share some laughs, and make memories with people who understand the brotherhood.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who had a hand in making these two days what they were. Trips like this remind us exactly why we do what we do, and we can’t wait to get back up there next year!

A huge THANK YOU to the Ashland Elks Lodge #1360 for their incredible generosity and support of Ultimate Veteran Adventures!

We are truly grateful to have such amazing organizations in our community who believe in our mission and the veterans and first responders we serve.

Your kindness and generosity help us continue doing what we love, bringing people together through the outdoors, creating lasting memories, and building friendships that go far beyond the adventure itself.

We cannot thank the Ashland Elks enough for standing behind our organization and helping us make a difference in the lives of those who have served.

Thank you for being part of the UVA family and helping us continue Creating Inspiration Through the Outdoors! 🇺🇸

Another amazing hunt in the books with our friends at Burning Sky Outfitters LLC!

There’s a reason we keep coming back to these guys. From the moment we arrive, they treat us like family. Their hospitality is second to none, and they genuinely go out of their way to make sure our veterans have the best experience possible. They work their tails off scouting, setting spreads, and doing whatever it takes to get birds in our faces!

And they certainly delivered! Our veterans finished the two-day hunt with 42 geese, sore shoulders, plenty of laughs, and memories that will last a lifetime!

But the best part of these trips isn’t always the birds we bring home. It’s watching a group of veterans come together, share stories, give each other a hard time, and build friendships that go well beyond the hunt. That’s what Ultimate Veteran Adventures is all about.

A HUGE thank you to the entire Burning Sky Outfitters crew for once again rolling out the red carpet for our veterans. You guys are much more than an outfitter to us. You’ve become part of the UVA family, and we can’t thank you enough for your continued support and everything you do to make these experiences so special.

42 birds in the bag, but the memories and friendships are the real trophies!
