Due to the winter weather event and the increased severity of the storms, all DeSoto Parish Police Jury offices and facilities will be closed for Monday Janaury 26, 2026. This closure is being implemented to ensure the safety of the public and our employees. Emergency crews will be out as needed Monday once the storms subside to clear downed trees and apply salt to critical roadways in partnership with local first responders. Please stay indoors and don't take any unnecessary chances. Updates regarding reopening and essential services will be communicated as conditions improve. God Bless.
