Pat Kracker Breast Cancer Fund

Breast Cancer Awareness, Education and Financial Assistance In January 2009, the Fund became affiliated with the Mansfield Cancer Foundation.

This Fund was established in memory of Mansfield resident, Pat Kracker, who lost her battle with breast cancer on her 61st birthday in 1996. With the help of the local Planned Parenthood Association, the Fund operated successfully for its first 10 years, thanks to the generosity of the public and local business donors. We have had a cooperative working relationship with the Mansfield Cancer Founda

tion and the Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department to supplement financial assistance requests. The Pat Kracker Fund also works closely with the American Cancer Society and Susan G. Komen for the Cure Northeast Ohio affiliate to further extend breast cancer education, support, and assistance to Richland County residents.
