This referred homeowner called and said he had an already approved claim with AAA, wasnt going to use his previous roofer due to quality issues last time around, and did not get a comfortable feeling with his sales rep that worked this current claim. He asked for referrals from friends and neighbors who had better quality roofs installed. 🙋🏻‍♂️

I was able to complete a multiple option offer packet to him within 2hrs of our first phone call, and set up a time you discuss his options available to him within his current funding. 👊🏼 well upon further review… his ACV check would have covered his actual cost for a like kind and quality Roof only system, but he has 4k in recoverable depreciation if he also pays his $3300 deductible 🧐 well his completed offer packet shown him his cost for 2 different upgraded shingle systems… wouldnt ya know that the Class 4 Duration Storm with Rapid ridge + Solar powered attic fans along with all new Gutters & Downspouts actually fit within his total RCV already on paper!!! 🙌🏼🎊🤠👊🏼

This job is now contracted per full insurance claim ✅, a solid +2 level upgrade to the Class 4 system is already secured within current funds even with ventilation upgrades!!. But wait there is more 😳🧐 ….

🔔 🚨 🔔 We are also pricing what a TEK Industries - Metal Roofing Supply vs an F Wave Roofing synthetic slate system and seeing what the out of pocket difference would be over the current claim with deductible paid 🧐
