In 2025, through the generosity of the Mansfield community, CSF of Mansfield Dollars for Scholars provided $150,000 in scholarship awards to 81 Mansfield students! This was the largest number of awards and amounts given in our entire Sixty-four - year history!

Mourning the loss of a retired teacher Lauren Penta who was a member of our organization in 2004 on our awards committee. In 1961 a small group of young men from the Mansfield Jaycees saw the need for a permanent organization dedicated to providing funds to help Mansfield's young people meet the soaring costs of higher education. Inspired by a $1,000 donation from the Mansfield Rotary Club, the Citizen's Scholarship Foundation was founded and raised a total of $3,900 in that first year. It should be noted that the Mansfield Rotary Club continues its annual support to CSF of Mansfield Dollars for Scholars.

www.Mansfield.dollarsforscholars.org. Applications will not be accepted after April 26, 2025.
In order to receive a scholarship, you must be a Mansfield resident.
We offer 2 scholarships one for 2025 High School graduating seniors and one for students already attending a college or university & pursuing an undergraduate degree.
