With only 2 weeks remaining, we wanted to remind our Scouts and families about an incredible offer from the National Medal of Honor Museum right here in Arlington, Texas!
⏰ ENDS OCTOBER 31ST: All Scouts in uniform receive FREE admission
The Medal of Honor Museum has reached out to welcome our troops with this special opportunity to experience stories of extraordinary courage and service—including several recipients who began their journey as Scouts, just like you!
🎖️ Eagle Scouts Who Became Heroes:
Aquilla J. Dyess - Marine Corps Lt. Colonel who earned both the Carnegie Medal and Medal of Honor for extraordinary leadership in WWII
Eugene B. "Lucky" Fluckey - Submarine commander whose courage and ingenuity made him the most successful U.S. skipper in WWII
Robert E. Femoyer - Army Air Forces navigator who, despite grievous wounds, stayed at his post to guide his crew safely home
These heroes carried the Scout Law into moments of immense pressure, changing history through their extraordinary actions.
