A huge thank you to RCF Board Member and 101 Tea Company owner Braxton Daniels for capturing this beautiful photo of the Vasbinder Fountain. Located on the square in Mansfield, this historic landmark was recently refurbished by the City of Mansfield, thanks to a generous grant from Gene and Sally Goin. Next time you are downtown, make sure to stop by and take a look.

Entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial literacy are topics covered during Explore Camp: Education-to-Career Quest at Mansfield Senior High School this summer. The camp is run by College Now with the help of a Summertime Kids Grant. The day we visited, the students discussed Apps they developed to help with mental health, teenage employment, and our favorite, giving to nonprofit organizations.

Developing Professionals

The Fran and Warren Rupp Fund of the Richland County Foundation has supported internships at local nonprofit organizations. Since 2013, the fund has granted almost $1.7M for close to 400 interns.

Two technical interns, Sonja Gottschling and Sol Howard, are gaining comprehensive, well-rounded experience centered on the production of Guys and Dolls at the Renaissance Theatre https://rentickets.org/series/guys-and-dolls/

Both interns are involved in every phase of bringing the show to life. Sonja is focusing on set construction and painting, while Sol is focusing on stage and production management.
