The purpose of globalLead is to serve those in ministry through trainings and mentorship in order to position Christian leaders for multiplication. We engage Biblical and globally transferable principles in our trainings, seminars, conferences, networks, and mentorship programs to speak to the heart and skills of Christian leaders globally. ased training opportunities for a variety of church ministry leaders. We value the holistic leadership principle from Psalm 78:72: “With upright heart he shepherded them and guided them with his skillful hand.”
We currently offer three series’ of trainings that are designed to provide follow-up and multiplication, not just a one-time event. Church Ministry Leadership (for Pastors and Church Ministry Leaders): There is no better example of life and ministry than Jesus Himself. Church Ministry Leadership Training:
We have developed training programs for church leadership teams led by local pastors and leaders. By exploring the life and ministry of Jesus to develop plans for churches in a team-oriented environment, we help church leadership teams be in sync as they minister. Heart of The Leader:
Too many conferences are geared only toward skills, thus neglecting the heart. Too many Christian leaders are leaving the ministry due to burnout, stress, and conflict. In response, globalLead offers Biblical soul care for Christian leaders so those in ministry will be strengthened to labor and finish well. Youth Ministry Leadership Trainings:
We partner with leaders of national churches who are looking to develop teams of local youth leaders and trainers within their existing structures. The goal of this training is to develop Christian youth leaders who will be able to train, mobilize, and multiply other youth and youth ministers/pastors.
