Members,

Our Ballroom and Carriage House are being rented this weekend. To help keep our guests safe during their event, the courtyard will be closed to all vehicle traffic this Saturday, 8/22/2026.

🚫 No vehicles, SXSs, motorcycles, etc. will be permitted in the courtyard.

You are, of course, still welcome to park in the alley and walk through the courtyard. The closure is only for vehicle traffic.

Thank you for helping keep our guests safe and allowing them to enjoy their event.

In case you missed it: The application for the Most Valuable Student scholarship is now open!

We will award 500 scholarships ranging from $4,000 to $30,000 over four years. No relation to the Elks is necessary to apply.
With this scholarship, students gain more than just financial aid—they gain an appreciation of service, a network of like-minded peers, and an for life.
