We are thrilled to announce that today, we donated $1,071.97 to Westside Academy at Blodgett in Syracuse! These profits have been raised this past semester through bake sales at FM high school and catering for events. We've been in contact with some of the staff at Blodgett to figure out how we could best help the students with the money we raised. In the end, we decided to write a check directly to the school to be used to help revamp their PBIS program. The staff was extremely appreciative and we can't wait to hear how this money will help students in the 2014-15 school year!

We are sad to announce that this was Smart Cookies' final donation. Since all 4 of us will be off to college in the fall, it would be too much to keep the organization going full time. You can still ask any of us to bake for an event or occasion, but our availability will be greatly decreased next year due to college schedules. Blodgett and other Syracuse City schools can still benefit greatly from help in many ways, so please keep them in mind if you are looking for a charitable cause!

We would like to send out one final thank you to everyone who encouraged our idea, enjoyed our treats, and cheered us on. A big thank you to our parents for their endless love and support. Running Smart Cookies has definitely been the highlight of all our high school experiences! We've learned so much along this way and are so grateful for the chance to help out!

Attention high school juniors and seniors- trying to plan that perfect prom-posal or ball-posal?! Why not let Smart Cookies help you out! If you place your order 2 weeks in advanced, we will help you make sure he or she says yes :) some samples are below. The cupcake bouquet is $25 and the dozen cupcakes with chocolate lettering is $20. Both can be ordered in any flavor and we'd gladly add any personal touches! Today we were so excited that we got the chance to finally deliver our first batch of donations to Blodget Middle School in Syracuse! The people we met there were so kind and thankful, and we look forward to continuing to help them in the future! Thank you to everyone who purchased baked goods and made donations to help us do this!

Attention FM high school students- Smart Cookies will be selling in the foyer tomorrow at 2:15! There will be pumpkin cupcakes w/cinnamon cream cheese and s'more cupcakes for $1 each and also chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin snickerdoodles 2/$1. Please stop by and buy some treats :)

Hello Smart Cookies community! We are excited to announce some of our plans for the coming school year and would like YOU to be aware of how you can help us make a difference in education!

-Over the summer, we sent a check off to "Cradles to Crayons" thanks to all your support! We've decided to now donate more locally and will now be benefitting students at Syracuse city schools. With our recent profits earned, we'll be purchasing a variety of much needed school supplies for Blodgett Middle School. We are looking forward to this opportunity to be able to help out students right in our own community!

-Please continue to keep us in mind for holidays and events! We would love to cater for you, and by ordering, you can help us make a difference! Ask us about any specific treat that is not listed on our website, and we'd love to figure something out, we're very flexible :)

-We received a financial donation to bake for the community. We're going to be using some of this money to bake for a great upcoming event organized by our classmate, Caroline Tangoren. It is a Global Community 5k run to raise money for Syrian Refugees. Please check out the website (http://globalcommunity5k.org) and consider registering. It's going to be a great event! If it's any incentive, after your run, there will be complementary, delicious cookies baked by Smart Cookies! It's a great way to get some exercise and make a difference!

Smart Cookies will be baking for the Community Connections Global Connections Festival tonight starting at 5pm at Fayetteville Manlius High School (Hs 2 gym). There will be food, music, games, and performances from a variety of cultures around the world! Admission is $3 (Kids 5 & under are free) and all proceeds will be going to purchasing school supplies for Dr. Weeks Elementary school in Syracuse :) Don't miss this great event for the whole family!
