Earlier this month we received a $2600 donation from Onondaga East Chamber! This donation is from their 2026 Party for the Pantries.

This annual event, held in May, brings together businesses, community members, neighbors, and supporters of our organizations as we continue to address food insecurity right here in our own communities. We are so thankful for this event year after year and the amazing support people show!

FM Fresh Meals returns! We are excited to have FMHS Student Aurav leading the program this year to bring fresh produce to the pantry from Matthew 25 Farm—thank you Aurav!

Today was their first drop off, and it included cucumbers, zucchini, cabbage, summer squash, raspberries, and blueberries. We are so thankful for student let programs like this and of course for our partner Matthew 25 Farm!

It’s time that we recognize those in our community who have been extra creative and mixing in a little more fun when donating to our families. A big shout out and thank you to Speedway in Fayetteville for donating 115 frozen pizzas on Pi Day (3/14). An extra thank you as well for going above and beyond and dropping them off 24 at a time to accommodate our limited freezer space! The team at Speedway cares and it shows! Thank you so much! The results are in: 42 mailroom boxes FULL of food donations! Thank you to everyone in our community who has a Fayetteville mailing address and donated on our collection day!

Each year the Fayetteville Post Office collaborates with our pantry to hold a food collection via mail delivery routes. This year was particularly full and it took several trips and a couple of trucks to get all 42 mailroom boxes and some additional bags of food to the pantry for sorting. Your generosity once again stands out for our community and keeps everyone eating healthy, even when in need.

This week we are continuing to be grateful for the wonderful school community, faculty, staff, and students we have. The Fayetteville-Manlius Central School District Performing Arts Department has generously donated the proceeds from The Showboat to our pantry.

This donation means our neighbors can continue to be fed and provided assistance when they’re most in need, whether it’s one time or on a regular basis. We are here to help.

Today we want to thank the United Methodist Church of Fayetteville, NY and their AMAZING Spring 2026 donation to the FM Food Pantry of 2,070 rolls of toilet paper! They dropped it off in late March and early April.

FUMC has always been generous and supportive of the Pantry and they have taken to doing a food-of-the-month non-perishable collection each month based on what we need. What a unique way to bring their community together to support our larger community and keep our families fed and healthy!
