It’s time that we recognize those in our community who have been extra creative and mixing in a little more fun when donating to our families. A big shout out and thank you to Speedway in Fayetteville for donating 115 frozen pizzas on Pi Day (3/14). An extra thank you as well for going above and beyond and dropping them off 24 at a time to accommodate our limited freezer space! The team at Speedway cares and it shows! Thank you so much! The results are in: 42 mailroom boxes FULL of food donations! Thank you to everyone in our community who has a Fayetteville mailing address and donated on our collection day!

Each year the Fayetteville Post Office collaborates with our pantry to hold a food collection via mail delivery routes. This year was particularly full and it took several trips and a couple of trucks to get all 42 mailroom boxes and some additional bags of food to the pantry for sorting. Your generosity once again stands out for our community and keeps everyone eating healthy, even when in need.

This week we are continuing to be grateful for the wonderful school community, faculty, staff, and students we have. The Fayetteville-Manlius Central School District Performing Arts Department has generously donated the proceeds from The Showboat to our pantry.

This donation means our neighbors can continue to be fed and provided assistance when they’re most in need, whether it’s one time or on a regular basis. We are here to help.

Today we want to thank the United Methodist Church of Fayetteville, NY and their AMAZING Spring 2026 donation to the FM Food Pantry of 2,070 rolls of toilet paper! They dropped it off in late March and early April.

FUMC has always been generous and supportive of the Pantry and they have taken to doing a food-of-the-month non-perishable collection each month based on what we need. What a unique way to bring their community together to support our larger community and keep our families fed and healthy!

At its March 18th meeting, the Rotary Club of Dewitt, NY presented the FM Food Pantry with a generous donation from their Service Above Self community philanthropic efforts. The donation will support the pantry in purchasing food and non-food essentials for our pantry visitors.

The need is great and trending upward. The number of people seeking assistance from the pantry has increased 10-25% per year for 3 consecutive years, and we provided over 42,000 meals in 2025. Many thanks to the Club for supporting our mission to help address hunger in FM!

We couldn't do what we do without the support of amazing community partners like the Dewitt Rotary!

Happy holidays to all of our neighbors! We want to thank the Fayetteville-Manlius Central School District Wellwood Middle School Agents of Change for a collection that one of their classes did! On a day like today, reflecting on the many great people in our community who support the Pantry like this helps keep us a little warmer!

On Sunday folks from our local faith communities gathered for a night of Lessons and Carols to celebrate the season. We are so grateful that the offering for this event helps support our pantry, feeding our neighbors in need! We hope everyone has a joyous season of celebration and light.

Once again the Fayetteville-Manlius Central School District High School Key Club has decorated and donated sugar cookie bags for our families. The club’s continued generosity and creativeness brings many smiles and joy to all who receive them and it has become a staple during the holidays here at the pantry!
