If you've never been to the Ox before, I'd highly recommend coming this month.

The Ox is a men's ministry that invites men from all over Mankato to enjoy a meal together, get real, and read the Bible. Together. It's a strange concept that shouldn't be all that strange.

We meet once a month every third Thursday at the Mankato Salvation Army on Riverfront. During the winter, this meal also feeds the men at the shelter. We invite them to stay as well, and have been blessed to meet some great guys and serve men in their NEED. This is real ministry- it's hard and stretches myself and others in many challenging ways.

This month, we're going to look at a familiar passage of Scripture, Proverbs 31, and approach it with a different twist. Tim will be leading us, and we always have a free meal available for those that come. Hope to see some of you guys there next Thursday at 6:30 for The Ox! — with Jason March and 10 others.
