Thank you to Lucy, one of our newest Senior Club members, and her mom, Brittany, for representing MFSC at the Greater Mankato Growth Nonprofit Volunteer & Information Fair last week.

Events like this are a great way to connect with our community, while also helping more people learn about MFSC and what we offer skaters of all ages and skill levels.

Join us this Sunday at All Seasons Arena and watch the Mankato Figure Skating Club skaters perform their competitive programs at the second annual Autumn on Edge exhibition, funded in part by a grant from the North Mankato Activities & Business Association (North Mankato Fun Days Celebration - 2026). 💙

Come enjoy music, costumes, and performances by MFSC members of all ages from 6 to 7:30 pm on Sunday, August 23!

Looking for a fun new activity this fall? The Mankato Figure Skating Club's Basic Skills is for skaters ages 3+ and all skill levels, including kids who have never stepped on the ice before!

Whether your child wants to:
• Learn the basics of figure skating
• Build skating skills for hockey
• Learn to skate for the very first time
• Perform in an ice show
• Have fun & try something new...

Basic Skills is a great place to start!

Our program is a low-commitment, fun way to try a new sport, build confidence, and learn valuable skating skills in a supportive environment.

Today's the day!

There are 26 tickets left in our section at the game. Share with your family and friends and help increase the donation MFSC will receive from the MoonDogs! Each ticket receives admission to the game and a ballpark meal (hot dog, chips, and soda/water). The first pitch is at 5:05 pm.

Looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon? Join us for the second annual Autumn on Edge Exhibition and enjoy music, costumes, and performances by members of the Mankato Figure Skating Club. Skaters of all ages and levels will showcase the programs they have been preparing for the upcoming competition and testing season. The exhibition will take place at All Seasons Arena on Sunday, August 23, from 6 to 7:30 pm.

Autumn on Edge serves as a final exhibition before MFSC hosts the Bend of the River Compete USA Competition on September 12.

Four days left to register for the first annual Bend of the River Compete USA Competition!

Compete USA events promote a fun, introductory competitive experience for beginner skaters. The competition is open to all current members of Learn to Skate USA and/or U.S. Figure Skating. Deadline to register is August 1, 2026.

The competition will take place at All Seasons Arena in Mankato on Saturday, September 12.

The second annual MFSC Night at the Mankato MoonDogs is only a week away! Come watch a baseball game (Mankato MoonDogs vs. Rochester Honkers) and support two great organizations on Sunday, August 2.

Each ticket is $16 and includes admission to the game and a ballpark meal (hot dog, chips, and soda). The Mankato Figure Skating Club will receive $8 from each ticket sold. Skaters, families, friends, co-workers, neighbors... all are invited!
