Our Story
Entrepreneurship/EnactUS Club is an organization that helps students build relationships with other like-minded individuals, faculty, and professionals in the community. The goal of the organization is to explore innovative ideas by giving students real world experience through various events and activities. A subset of the club is a chapter of EnactUS, a national social entrepreneurship organization that provides grant funds for teams to come up with projects that solve environmental and social problems through entrepreneurship.
The club will highlight opportunities for not just College of Business students, but for anyone interested in entrepreneurship. There will be hands on involvement in lots of entrepreneurial activities through the CIE available including consulting opportunities with area businesses for those interested. Some big objectives for the club are to prepare students for a successful career in business, and to enhance social, professional, and academic interaction between students. We meet at the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CIE) in HU 200 on Wednesdays at 5pm.
