The comment period for Paid Leave Rulemaking ends TOMORROW! Make your voice heard and get your questions answered!
From DEED on how to participate in Paid Leave rulemaking:
Attend a virtual listening session --The Paid Leave will host three, 90-minute virtual listening sessions July 9-10 to gather public input on a variety of topics, including but not limited to: Health Care Provider Certification, Opting In, Seasonal Employment, Safety Leave, Claims Administration, Role of the Employer, Small Employer Assistance Grants, Covered Employment, and Job Protections.
To sign up for one of these “Any Topic” listening sessions, go to our website: Rulemaking / Minnesota Paid Leave (mn.gov).
Please note: Paid Leave listening sessions are designed to gather public comments on a specific set of topics and draft rules.
