Miss Harbor Cities 2026, Brystal Schultz. Official Local Preliminary to Miss Wisconsin

Mission: The Miss Harbor Cities Organization provides scholarship assistance to young women ages 13-26, fosters mentorship and professional development opportunities, and supports social impact initiatives in the communities we serve.

We’re launching The Harbor Ten, a new initiative inviting 10 businesses, organizations, civic groups, families or individuals to make a $100 investment to our scholarship fund.

Together, The Harbor Ten will provide $1,000 in scholarships that help recognize and support young women who are pursuing higher education while demonstrating leadership, talent, communication skills, and a commitment to serving their communities.

As a member of The Harbor Ten, you’ll receive:

✅ Recognitions on our social media platforms
✅ Name listed in our competition program book
✅ Name listed on our website
✅ Name recognition from the stage during the competition

This year, something special is happening.

On October 17, 2026, the Miss Green Bay Area Organization is pleased to host the Miss Harbor Cities Competition at the Capitol Civic Centre, Manitowoc. While we’ll be under one roof, these are completely separate competitions, with each organization having its own judging panel and local titles:

💚 Miss Green Bay Area 2027 💚 Miss Green Bay Area’s Teen 2027

💙 Miss Harbor Cities 2027 💙 Miss Harbor Cities’ Teen 2027

Contestants will compete for the titles offered by the organization for which they are eligible, based on where they live, work or attend school.

The countdown is on for the 2027 Miss Harbor Cities & Miss Harbor Cities’ Teen Competition on October 17, 2026, and spots are only reserved once you’ve completed the registration process.

Here’s how to secure your place:

✅ 1. Apply – Complete the application (link in our bio or on our website).
📄 2. Submit all required materials - Make sure everything is turned in.
🎉 3. Spot Reserved! – Once your application and materials are received, your place in the competition is officially claimed.

Don’t assume your spot is saved just because you’ve started your application! Complete all three steps as soon as possible.

We’re teaming up with Miss Green Bay Area for our group outing with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, and we need YOUR help to make it a home run for scholarship!

Fourth on the Shore and parade in Manitowoc today❤️🤍💙

I had SO MUCH FUN participating in today’s festivities. What a privilege it is to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with such a fun and vibrant community. I had the privilege of throwing candy in the parade and visiting the farmer’s market. I can’t wait to continue representing Manitowoc over the next couple months!
