In August, we handed out an assortment of nut butters and mixes of almonds, walnuts, pistachios, and hazelnuts, to our neighbors and friends with the support of the Manitou Springs Community Foundation. It was NUTS 🥜 🌰

To celebrate the end of this month we made Banana Bread Muffins and are encouraging you to do the same!

Have you been interested in volunteering at the pantry? We have two upcoming volunteer orientations scheduled. One on Thursday, August 13th from 4PM to 5:30PM and another on Tuesday, September 1st from 10:30AM to Noon.

GO NUTS FOR YOUR HEALTH!

This August, we’re celebrating the power of nuts! Each week, we’ll be handing out different nut products and sharing how they can support heart health, energy, and overall wellness.

This week, we’re handing out a heart-healthy mix of almonds, walnuts, pistachios, and hazelnuts. Small food, big benefits!

A big thank you to our community partner, the Manitou Springs Community Foundation, for providing the funding for this nutty adventure!
