BNLO: The end of the OCC DDA?

Last week, the COS City Council voted to move forward with dissolving the Old Colorado City Downtown Development Authority (OCC DDA). The second vote to dissolve it is on Tuesday, Sept. 8. Badly Needed & Long Overdue (BNLO)'s Nick Raven says the reasons given to end the DDA make no sense.

The 52nd Annual Commonwheel Artists Co-op Labor Day Weekend Art Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 5 through Sunday, Sept. 7 at Manitou’s Memorial Park (502 Manitou Ave.). Admission is free.
