The Transition Town Initiative is an international grass-roots initiative with hundreds of Transition Towns emerging throughout the world. By collaborating with this world-wide network as well as other local organizations in utilizing 'best practices' we can allow this necessary transition to a more sustainable future to not only be more smooth but also fun!
