Mason Lake Manistee Special Olympics athletes!!

Area 24 Special Olympics is excited to offer a Unified Golf team!

Participation is on a first come, first served basis as this first year will be limited to 10 teams (10 athletes/10 volunteers). Athletes who wish to play will need to find a Class A volunteer.

Unified Golf is a scramble format. Everyone is responsible for providing their own clubs. Area 24 will pay for golf and cart fees; carts will be provided for each team.

Practices will be at 3 pm on Saturdays at Lakeside Links Golf Club, 5369 W. Chauvez Rd., Ludington. Practice dates are July 11, 18, and 25, and August 1, 8, 22, and 29.

Area 24 is also sending an email with the information above to our newsletter distribution list—if you know of an athlete who does not have access to social media, please encourage them to check their email if they may be interested in this opportunity.
