A major thank you to Julie Lam of MaskTogetherAmerica and Debbie Socolar of Jews for Racial and Economic Justice [JFREJ] (and so much more!) for attending the New York City Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities meeting in person last night and . You two are heroes!

A of AND AND is So. Dang. Important. To protecting both our brothers and sisters with disabilities and our brothers and sisters who might acquire disabilities in the future.

New York City Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities -- Why were few to no other people masking at an event that was supposed to be for and about people with disabilities? Why did y'all talk so much about inclusion for folks with disabilities with nary a peep about the necessity of masking (by those who are physically able) as part of facilitating that inclusion?
