This month begins our 25th Anniversary year. Thank you for 25 years of support! We are grateful for the many churches, volunteers, board members, and staff who have made this organization such a vital part of the Manhattan community. With the faithful support of donor churches, individuals, businesses, and contributing grant foundations, we are well-equipped to continue to assist and serve those in financial crisis. Today (3/31) at 5pm is the deadline to submit your LIEAP applications! Also, all pay arrangements must be created by end of day as cold weather rule is ending.

❗2026 Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) applications must be received by DCF by 5 p.m. tomorrow, March 31, 2026.

Applications received after this time, will not be reviewed for a one-time LIEAP benefit this season to help with your home heating costs.
